What You’ll Do

As a Senior Integrated Project Manager at Madwell, you’ll be working alongside our strategy, creative, social, and media teams to shepherd a steady flow of projects from conception to delivery, always ensuring that Big Ideas don’t dwarf business goals—or get sidelined by the bottom line. 

Specifically, you’ll be:

  • Working in the gaming/tech space with one of the largest communication technology companies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to define and achieve project goals
  • Managing projects from scoping through execution
  • Facilitating project communication so client and team are informed and prepared
  • Developing timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met
  • Planning and securing appropriate resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Raising changes to scope, budget, and timing and communicating the impact of those changes
  • Leading effective, informative project meetings and inspiring the team to produce the smartest and most creative solutions
  • Overseeing the efficient and quality production of deliverables; ensuring that our work meets Madwell’s high quality standards
  • Mentoring junior team members, helping them grow in their career, and giving them the guidance and confidence to lead projects

Our Must-Haves

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a creative agency
  • An unshakeable desire to keep things organized against all odds
  • Interest in various forms of media with a love of good creative
  • An easy, thoughtful manner
  • An eagerness to take on new challenges, grow, and learn
  • Ideally, passionate about online gaming and/or familiar with the gaming community
