What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Madwell, you'll drive the recruitment strategy for our growing agency. You'll work closely with leads from cross-disciplinary teams, including creative, strategy, media and operations, to find the right people to join our team. You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we're delivering a best-in-class experience internally and externally. You'll report into our Director of People & Culture.
