Talent Acquisition Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Madwell, you'll drive the recruitment strategy for our growing agency. You'll work closely with leads from cross-disciplinary teams, including creative, strategy, media and operations, to find the right people to join our team. You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that we're delivering a best-in-class experience internally and externally. You'll report into our Director of People & Culture.

Specifically, you’ll be:

  • Conducting the recruitment effort for all personnel, including interns and temporary employees
  • Building a strong pipeline for current openings and future potential candidates
  • Managing vendor relationships with external sourcing partners and software/programs as needed
  • Contributing to discussions around talent management and succession strategy
  • Writing and placing job advertisements
  • Reviewing incoming resumes and sourcing talent for various departments
  • Mastering our applicant tracking system, and coaching the team to best use
  • Screening potential candidates for cultural fit, technical chops, curiosity about the ad-tech space, scheduling and availability, interest level, and salary range
  • Conducting new employee orientations
  • Evaluating our process for efficiency and recommending improvements
  • Becoming an active voice for recruitment initiatives at weekly resourcing meetings

Our Must-Haves

  • Outrageously good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish, manage and maintain strong relationships
  • Tact, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong cultural intuition
  • Experience in innovative interviewing methods
  • Familiarity with multiple ATS systems
  • An eye for detail and relentless follow-through

Where You’ve Been

  • 3-5 years years experience in full-cycle recruiting ideally at a creative agency
