Who You Are

You are a brand-building, omni-channel marketer, and a strategic partner to our clients first. You are an expert on your clients’ business, industry, and competition and recognized as such by your peers. While you are comfortable across all mediums and take a holistic approach, you have a passion for digital media and you have expertise to share with our team. You are the Account Director we’ve been looking for, and we’re excited to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As Account Director at Madwell, you’ll play an essential role in helping us lay the groundwork at our brand-new Hong Kong office. You will help manage top-level client relationships, contributing to Madwell’s business efforts. You will report directly to our Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the ultimate client advocate, balancing healthy growth with a customer-centered approach to delivering the highest quality work for our clients
  • Deepen client relationships drawing conclusions as to where the long-term marketing plans and commercial interests of our clients intersects with Madwell’s own
  • Go head-to-head with our clients CMOs and key marketing leads
  • Managing client P&Ls
  • Encourage multi-tiered agency/client relationships
  • Developing and delivering client development plans
  • Selling in and defending the work that Madwell believes in in the pursuit of success

Our Must-Haves

  • Omni-channel marketing expertise with specific proficiency in digital
  • The ability to work in a self-directed capacity and a natural born leader
  • Experience leading client engagements with integrated creative, production, social media, and media buying teams

Where You’ve Been

  • 5+ years in account management positions at a full service or creative agency
  • Alternatively, in-house experience in a marketing role
