Who You Are
You are a brand-building, omni-channel marketer, and a strategic partner to our clients first. You are an expert on your clients’ business, industry, and competition and recognized as such by your peers. While you are comfortable across all mediums and take a holistic approach, you have a passion for digital media and you have expertise to share with our team. You are the Account Manager we’ve been looking for, and we’re excited to meet you!
What You’ll Do
As Account Manager at Madwell, you’ll play an essential role in helping us lay the groundwork at our brand-new Hong Kong office. You’ll be the expert in your accounts business, industry and category. You’ll work closely with client contacts and in-house creative and project management teams to assess, communicate, and address all client needs. You will report directly to our Client Services Director.
