You know a thing or two about what makes people tick, but you’re you’re open and ready to learn about the importance of HR within the company. You’re the HR Coordinator we’ve been looking for, and we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Coordinator at Madwell, you will partner with employees at all levels to deliver HR support while fostering a climate of trust and commitment. The primary goal of this position is to provide support to our Director of People & Culture, with a focus on HRIS management, recruiting, and employee onboarding, as well as providing support across various employee programs and initiatives across the agency.
