What You’ll Do
As the VP, Director of Media, you’ll lead the creation, production and presentation of innovative media strategies and media plans to our clients, with foundational focus on Digital Media and Search.
Specifically you’ll be:
- A thought leader in your approach to media strategy and planning - constantly look for new technologies and opportunities
- Overseeing and managing media strategists and coordinators to deliver against media plans
- Producing client-facing insights through campaign analysis for review, demonstrating the efficacy of our campaigns strategy
- Continually reviewing performance and developing ongoing optimization insights to be executed throughout campaigns
- Working with client’s to develop media strategies that ladder up to their business goals
- Developing RFPs that lead creative teams in innovative approaches to meeting campaign objectives and delivering value and integrating with the creative team to help bridge gaps between ideas and placements
- Possessing a well rounded knowledge of the client’s business and actively generating ideas and recommendations for client’s campaigns
- Working with cross-functional departments to ensure flawless execution of all media campaigns
- Approving timelines and handling project management and collaborating with account management teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and finances on accounts

- 10+ years in a digital media or creative agency setting

Direct reports include: Associate Media Director, Media Planner, Ad-Ops Manager, Media Associate, Intern
