Who We Are
Madwell is a Brooklyn-based creative collective built to disrupt the traditional agency model. Why? Because we believe successful marketing can be anything. And we love that. We were founded in 2010 in Bushwick, Brooklyn and still call that colorful, creative neighborhood home. (We also call Denver home—that’s where you’ll find our sister office.) We believe that wild creativity can live happily alongside a laser-focus on results, and we consistently work with a wide range of clients including cosmetics, telcom, spirits, and oh so much more.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Supervisor at Madwell, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and developing your account. On this account, you’ll be the expert in their business, industry, and category. You’ll work closely with client contacts and in-house creative and project management teams to assess, communicate, and address all client needs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- A brief master: seamlessly building briefs, checking in to ensure that we have the brief right, and aligning client deliverables to KPIs throughout the creative and production process
- Ensuring agency timelines are accurate, effective, and enforced
- Managing creative development process, ensuring all creative is on brand and on brief, and up to client expectations
- Working closely with Project Management/Production to manage all client feedback and ensure it is addressed in a timely manner, while maintaining integrity of the creative idea
- Setting up client and internal meetings by providing an agenda, objectives, and meeting goals before the meeting
- Performing informal 1:1 client check-ins to ensure satisfaction of services provided
- Balancing project budgets on both the macro project level and the nitty gritty details
- Provide strategic recommendations and review creative with Client’s objectives and goals in mind
- Solid understanding of your Client’s business and active contributor to planning process
- Ownership and accountability for all day-to-day projects, managing multiple projects at once
- Able to develop project plans for multi-channel campaign planning
- Ability to run and manage all aspects of production (digital, social, TV, OOH, etc)
- Manage junior members, provide mentorship and coaching
Our Must-Haves
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Tried and tested account management skills
- Ability to establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships, both with clients and in-house teams
- Naturally inclined toward leadership with the ability to work in a self-directed capacity
- Experience working with integrated creative, production, social media, and media buying teams
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and culture
- Phenomenal work ethic
- Must be located within commuting distance of our Denver or Brooklyn office, and able to come into one of our offices twice a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week.
- Upholds high standards of compliance and ethics. Ensures all activities adhere to industry standards and regulations. Provides transparency in reporting and media buys.

Where You’ve Been
- 5+ years experience in account management in a creative agency setting

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
* This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office, you must be located within commuting distance of Brooklyn, NY to be considered for this role. This role requires the candidate to be in the Brooklyn office 3 times a week*
